NO CHARGER, NOT STOLEN, hasn't been on the streets for awhile. Cloth like seats. Front dash paneling made to look like black/grey carbon fiber. Has cup holders, glove box, ball & golf club washer, blinker, headlights, sandfiller bottles for divets  & a place to strap your golf bags on the back. Relatively clean.
